Earth: Did we find all the pieces of the shuttle yet? Space station: For another $100 billion we can stop the air from leaking out and get back to our bogus experiments. Moon House: We spent your $100 billion on this moon house, but the public schools here are terrible and their funding was diverted to the Mars mission. Mars mission: We go forth to establish the first-ever Mars cemetery for astronauts dead from radiation. Mission impoverished.
