When persons like you and me commit a crime, they throw the book at us. (Woman: Bank robbery and killing a guard. You both get life in Prison!) Everyone involved shares the worst sentence for the biggest crime.(Man: I didn't kill the guard. I drove the getaway car.) (Woman: Co-conspirator! Equally guilty!) When the "made men" of the ruling class do a crime, blame is diffused so no one is responsible. (Man: He lied about WMDs) (Man 2: I couldn't have killed 1,000,000 Iraqis without him.) And we make excuses for them. (Man: They make though calls.) (Man 2: It was the other guys fault... poor dears.)
