Communications-e-mails instant messages, etc- is 2.9% of U.S. web traffic. 68.8% of that 2.9 is spam so that 1.6% of that 100% of all your e-mail. But even if their "it's only 1.6% talking point where true- which it isn't- it would be more of a pedophile's defense. (Man: I only touched 1.6% of their bodies... granted, it was the best 1.6%!) Which may partly explain why Americans are responding to the data rape by their police state like traumatized kids. (Man: They touch us cuz they care about us. We owe them something for their love... anyway it's not liked they raped all my orfices...)
