The US is caging detainees on prison ships, say human rights lawyers. Why does he care? At least 17 ships, including the USS Peleliu and the USS Bataan, have been used as prison ships since 2001. But this is a development the usual critics might welcome. Aye, Cap'n. Filling POW, hold on. It's waterboarding made easy! Aaaaaaaa. You see, boat fuel has gotten expensive. So the navy is saving money... Shut down all engines... activate alternate energy source! ...And the planet! Row! Row! Happy earth day.
