There hasn't been an Indian attack in ages. Have you ever wondered why? (George Bush: We've declared "mission accomplished" against the Shawnee. What about the Choctaw?) In a secret dungeon below the Bureau of Indian affairs. Torture is keeping us safe. (Man 1: You're lying! You know where the next raid will be!) High-ranking chiefs are subjected to beatdowns, waterboarding and sleep deprivation. (Man 2: Tell us: Where is sitting bull?!) (Man 3: How would I know? I've been here 120 years!) For the sake of historical authenticity, electrodes are only used to extract knowledge of the most imminent threats against public safety. Next: Keeping pirates at bay. (Man 1: If we let up, Barbary corsairs will win the war on privateerism!)
