Portrait of a non-voter Bob Hinkel: during the day, he spends his time making his co-workers miserable. People wouldn't waste as much paper if the company didn't provide it. From now on, therefore, you'll be expected to bring paper to work. In the evening, he's a child molester, drug dealer, wife beater, vandal, mugger, pimp, assassin, pornographer, thief, carjacker, satanist and arms smuggler. Jesus Christ! I only have 22 minutes to blow up the orphanage and make the snuff film before black mass. Because "they're all the same" and "it doesn't matter anyway", he doesn't vote. Both parties are the same anyway, so why bother? Bob Hinkel: Scourge of electoral democracy. That's him - the guy who thinks he's too good to vote! Apathy is ruining America! Let's get him!
