A kid playing with matches sparked a brush fire that burned Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, Oregon and most of California to the ground. A few hours ago, faulty wiring in a trailer home led to a fiery inferno that reduced the Midwest, the plains, deep south, mid-Atlantic region and New England to fine soot. In other news, and iceberg the size of North America melted and broke off from Antarctica, accelerating the rise in oceans caused by global warming. I'd worry about the environment if I didn't live in Hawaii. Me too. Shall I move the SUV inside?
