When blacks are accused of crimes, even bing found not guilty isn't enough to exonerate them. (Man: Screw the jury- everyone knows you're guilty! Please deposit all of your possessions into the tray.) But when whites admit crimes, it isn't enough for mainstream America to consider them culpable. (Television: Yes. I rammed the plunger up his bunghole and jammed it down his throat. It's true.) (Woman: Why is he saying these things? Is he deranged or being coerced?) Even when the truth is plainly obvious, we cling to lies that conform to preconceived agendas. (Woman 2: Oral sex, isn't sex) (Man 2: Living in New York City is worse than smoking two packs a day.) (Man 3: Jobs lost to technology are replaced as production increases.) Welcome to America: Land of implausable deniability. (Woman 3: I'm not racist, but we need to stop all these Mexicans from coming here.) (Woman 4: Why can't taxi driving speak english?)
