Tempers flare, workers strike back and a union is reborn! Local 23 of the I.B.W.C.R.C gathers for its weekly meeting... Man 1: Good news- our newly revitalized national union raised $2 million to elect democrats! Man 2: Great! Now we can kill NAFTA! Then we can strike globally against hiring scab labor! Man 1: Actually, the international brotherhood of wooden clock repair Clerks sees free trade as an opportunity to reach out to foreign workers. Well, our strategy is to organize replacement workers and join forces with them. Man 2: Brilliant- that way we'll all get big raises! Man 1: Um, not really. We're recommending cutting back salaries to make the company more competitive. An hour later. Man 1: ...so I just decided to fire them all myself! Man 3: I'll write you a check after dinner.
