BLACK PRESIDENT UNEMPLOYMENT 2009 2013 WHITE PRESIDENT Bald Man: All I see is a big, dark hill toward the left there, and a lovely white valley on the right. DEFICIT BLACK PRESIDENT WHITE PRESIDENT Woman In Yellow: All I see is some people without a permit on the left, and some very fine people on the right. Scientist #2: Wow. Look at these results.
