And it's because the U.S.A. is a MERITOCRACY! Pendrick: What's that? Hound: It means that ANY child can grow up to be a SUCCESS here! Pendrick: Golly. Hound: ANY child whose parents can pay for their medical care! BARKS & NOBLE Hound: AND whose parents can pay for lots of books and enrichment programs!
