Tom the Dancing Bug by Ruben Bolling Larry Dodson An American Master Art Billings, Art Professor Art: Dodson arrived in New York, and hopes were high that his effortless genius would transform the art world... Man: Thank you for coming, Mr. Dodson! Larry: I hung my jacket on that chair. That okay? $5,500 But his relationship with art dealers was beginning to sour. Larry: See, it's all consumer stuff. You can sell this, right? Man: Maybe he's being ironic about an ironic use of irony... Woman: I don't think he's being ironic AT ALL! Dodson responded to the setback with more failed attempts, accented by some increasingly unfortunate fashion choices. Larry: Okay, so it's like society has subverted my own biology...HEY! Are you even LISTENING?! Dodson. Woman: Now THIS would look great over a couch! Lar, did you SIGN these? Larry: Yes! And they're specially commissioned!
