Tom the Dancing Bug by Ruben Bolling JUDGE SCALIA One man walks a lonely path across the American states, meting out justice to local townsfolk. Our story thus far... After Gore x Bush, reluctant activist JUDGE SCALIA broke free of Washington, D.C., to travel America's highways and byways, righting wrongs! One day -- Woman: HELP! Judge Scalia: Sounds like someone imperilled by a state government! Judge Scalia: What is it, lady? Woman: My daughter's in a vegetative state, and a Florida judge ruled she'd want to end her life! Judge Scalia: Hmmm...let me think. Congressman: We'll help! Woman: Who...? Judge Scalia: It's the UNITED STATES CONGRESS!!
