Tom the Dancing Bug by Ruben Bolling Presents: News of the Times President Bush Wise and Good It is our pleasure as a news organization to report that our leader George W. Bush is wise, good and Mighty, and there is nothing to fear from his unchecked power. Through Obedience, Triumph. Our leader's ability to designate an American an "enemy combatant" without judicial oversight is like a warm protective blanket he drapes over our troubled shoulders. DETAIN HIM...INDEFINITELY! Bush the Beneficient knows that the judiciary's role is to install Him to power, then get out of the way of His just and noble course, a course He shares with His populace. His vision, our path. The legal status of enemy combatants will no doubt be determined soon... When the noble and sage leader formally accepts the surrender of the leaders of every group, cell, clan, affiliation and tribe with terrorist intentions. Until then, we applaud the disappearance of the former editor-in-chief of News of the Times, and retract his vile pontifications on the Constitution, obviously dictated by enemy leaders.
