Profiles in Courage Today, we salute a uniquely patriotic group, as several Rich White Guys speak out about the sacrifices they are willing to make for the War on Terrorism. RWG1: I now support the indefinite detainment of immigrant suspects. RWG2: After much soul-searching, I'm willing to support racial profiling. RWG3: Yes, I say bombing Afghanistan may cause civilian deaths, but it's unfortunately necessary. However, we have to draw the line somewhere! And that's why these Rich White Guys oppose new anti-money-laundering laws! RWG1: What, a couple of buildings fall down, and suddenly the I.R.S. and my ex-wife Nora are going to know about my Antigua account? No dice! RWG2: If terrorists can get America to give up our cherished secret offshore tax dodges... Haven't they really won? RWG3: As a compassionate man, I'm gravely concerned about what a crackdown would do to the economy of Lichtenstein. And for what?! To impair terrorists' ability to fund their activities? It's just not worth it. Haven't these Rich White Guys suffered enough? Call your Congressman!
