Standing outside in the snow with the little rainbow at his feet, Pasquale says to Rose, "Quickly! Get my prism and we'll rescue the lost rainbow!" Rose watches as Pasquale holds a prism next to the little rainbow in the snow. Pasquale says, "I'll set the prism down here and wait for the rainbow to climb in!" The moon is high in the sky. Pasquale says to Rose, "I think we got him! Let's bring the prism inside!" Pasquale is holding the prism in front of the pillow on his bed and shining a flashlight at it. The rainbow is on the pillow as Pasquale says, "Yep! He's safe and sound with us for the winter!" Rose says, "When Spring comes, we'll let him go!"
