Retired Australian cattle rancher Dexter Kruger attributed his longevity of 111 years to eating chicken brains! Spanish-American war veteran Peter Cluckey had such severe arthritis that all of his joints eventually fused together in a seated position, and his front teeth had to be removed so he could be fed. He died in 1925 at the age of 43. Cluckey donated his body to the National Museum of Health and Medicine in Washington DC where his skeleton still sits today. Hello rodent! Magawa the African giant pouched rat has helped clear nearly 35 acres of land in Cambodia by sniffing out dozens of deadly landmines and unexploded munitions.
