Man: You are hereby served due notice that I will be acting on behalf of Poncho - henceforth referred to as "my client" - for the duration of this undertaking. I must inform you that any injury sustained by my client engaged in the aforementioned activities, inter alia the clearing of the walk on your premises, will result in liability to the owner of said premises.
