Wouldn't you like to take early retirement? Gonzales: I prefer not to. Bush: Look! I've been good to you! I made you the first Hispanic in this sort of job! Given you all sorts of important assignments, like firing all those prosecutors. I'm the great decider! I could fire you! Gonzales: You could, but then I would spill the beans (though I'd prefer not to). Bush: I also would prefer you didn't - couldn't you just go, pretty please? Gonzales: I prefer not to. Punk: I'd prefer they both go.
