Peppermint Patty stands in a sheep costumes saying,"My mind has gone blank" " I'm doomed!"<BR><BR> She stands backstage with Marcie, who is dressed as as shepherd. Peppermint Patty says, "I wonder if this happens to Laurence Olivier"<BR><BR> She stands behind Marcie in the wings and says, "I can't remember my lines Marcie..." The latter looks out at the stage and replies, "You're a sheep, sir...all you have to say is, 'Baa!'"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty continues, "I'll never remember it...why do they have to spoil Christmas by making us be in plays?" Marcie exclaims, "We're on, sir! Let's show 'em how!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty sits on the stage in the spotlight looking up at Marcie, who is standing next to her and reciting, "And there were shepherds in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night"<BR><BR> She turns to Peppermint Patty, who spreads her costume-covered hands and recites, "Woof! Meow! Moo! Whatever!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty sits and Marcie stands embarrassed as the audience starts laughing.<BR><BR> She hooks her cane around Peppermint Patty's neck and drags her off as the latter starts singing, "And a partridge in a pear tree!"<BR><BR>
