Charlie Brown answers the phone, “Hello?” <br> <br> Charlie Brown is listening to the caller then says, “Just a moment please… I’ll get him…” <br> <br> Charlie Brown is running through the grass. <br> <br> Charlie Brown stops in front of Snoopy, who is lying on top of his doghouse. Charlie Brown points towards the house saying, “ Telephone!” <br> <br> Charlie Brown and Snoopy go running back towards the house. <br> <br> Snoopy sits in front of the telephone stand as Charlie Brown kneels down holding the receiver up to Snoopy’s ear. Snoopy has a look of exclamation on his face. <br> <br> Charlie Brown and Snoopy both have a look of shame on their faces, as they listen to the caller on the phone. Snoopy gives out a “SNIF” <br> <br> Charlie Brown puts his hands on his hips and looks at Snoopy saying, “You really ought to be ashamed of yourself!” <br> <br> Snoopy is walking as he lets out a “SNIF” Charlie Brown is following him saying, “She was right you know…” <br> <br> Snoopy is lying on his stomach with his head hanging over the edge of the roof as Charlie Brown goes on saying, “On Mother’s Day, YOU should have called HER!” Snoopy is thinking, “I never think of those things!” <br> <br> " dialogue-text," Charlie Brown walks towards the ringing phone.
