Story Update Rat sent Guard Duck and Mr. Snuffles to the United Feature Syndicate office in New York to take out Reed Jackson, the editor of "Pearls Before Swine." But due to an unfortunate case of mistaken identity, Mr. Snuffles and Guard Duck killed Dilbert. Rat says, "Alright, you idiots, since you're the ones that took out Dilbert, you're gonna be the ones to break the news to the other Dilbert characters." Guard Duck says, "How do we do that?" Rat says, "I don't know. Just get 'em all together in a conference room, tell them Dilbert's passed away, and deal with their reaction." Guard Duck says, "But what will they say?" Alice says, "Does this mean we can leave early?"
