Homer's Past Life Review of his adventures in the Dark Ages continues... Man: So you crossed the Atlantic 1000 years before Columbus, eh? Homer: Yeah...so why isn't that in the history books? Dog: 'Cuz he meant to do it. Homer: Communication was difficult at first, but the mi'kmaq hunter got his point across... Man: Wait...no! He's my friend! Homer: But the hunter's job was to feed his tribe, and a chance to bring back a seal this easily was a prize too great for him to pass up... Dog: Lucky me. Homer: I pleaded with him, hoping to make him understand. Suddenly, the hunter froze... Despite my shouting, he heard the snapping of dry twigs coming from the woods behind him, then the deep, resonant breathing of something...something big...something that has a taste for seals... ...or for anything foolish enough to stand between it and a meal!
