Duncan: So how's Homer doin' down there, Bert? Bert: Not too bad, Duncan. He's made it 15 years so far in a very harsh time, and he's making better decisions this time around. Instead of taking the easy road of blind obedience, Homer followed his moral compass to help a stranger, even though it meant putting his own life in peril. Duncan: Uh...I thought people were supposed to do the moral thing. How would that get them into trouble? Bishop: Find the one who defied me... I mean God...and bring him here to repent! Monk: Yes, your holiness. Duncan: Oh, yeah...when it exposes the ones who preach morality... Bert: Practice makes perfect.
