Mr. Fogarty and Miss Phelps are in Miss Phelps apartment dressed in Halloween costumes. Miss Phelps, as Elvira, says, "You concocted that whole elaborate scheme just to appear heroic?" Mr. Fogarty, in a kilt, says, "So I'm insecure." Miss Phelps says, "Fogarty, you're a dear, sweet, gentle man." Mr. Fogarty says, "I'm a short, bald, ill-tempered fool." Miss Phelps, lift Mt. Fogarty's chin with her fingers and says, "Listen to me, no man has ever flattered me like you do. you make me feel special and desireable - and I want to make you feel the same." Miss Phelps says, "In fact, this may be a good tome to explore that kilt question...." Mr. Fogarty says, "uh,um..... well...."
