PHOEBE AND HER UNICORN BY DANA SIMPSON Marigold: Phoebe! Why did you not tell me about Robin Hood! Phoebe: Was I supposed to? Marigold: Well, I Have just learned of this human legend, and it has inspired me. Marigold: I wish to become the unicorn equivalent. I, too, shall steal from the rich and give to the poor. Phoebe: Who are you gonna steal from, then? Marigold: That is difficult. Unicorns do not seek wealth, as humans understand it. Marigold: We measure wealth in other ways, mainly related to magic and beauty. Marigold: So...I shall steal from myself one sparkle! And give it to a being less rich in those things! You may wear it on your nose. Phoebe: Oo de lally. Marigold: Golly, what a day!
