Bucky: Can I have that last bit of your water? Satchel: Ha ha! You've given yourself away there, Bucky! This glass is at least half full, so the fact that you see it as "The Last Bit" tells me you're a pessimist. Bucky: I figure that if I can scam enough half-full glasses from you annoying optimists. I'll get more than I need. I'm a pragmatist. Satchel: No. At best that's being an optimistic pessimist. You still acknowledge that you don't have enough water yourself. See, even a pessimistic optimist would say, "I wish I had more water but I-" Bucky: Oh my head, gimme that !@$@#% glass. I believe we can agree that the glass is broken. Now we're both realists.
