Mrs. Olsen: Targeted at ME! They're all pitching me stuff that I want! ! ! ! ! ! Mrs. Olsen: Isn't this supposed to be about Christmas shopping? They ought to be convincing me to spend more money on OTHER people! Caulfield: Should I be surprised by Mrs. Olsen's generosity or marvel at her cluelessness? Student: Cluelessness. Everybody knows the way it works is you see something you want and then hint and beg and whine at the person who does the spending!
