Frazz by Jef Mallett Flat, broad leaves eventually change color and fall out of their trees. Long, skinny leaves - we call them needles - tend to stay the same color and stay put. People's hair is long and skinny, too, so you'd think it would stay put, more like needles. Except: on certain trees, needles do change color, and sometimes they do fall out. So maybe people's hair is more like pine needles. Boy: And that's why it's so hard to comb. Mr. Spaetzle: Should I be offended he's telling this to me? Frazz: Less so now that he mentioned the combing issue.
