Aide (from White House): Well, sir, because fo a budgetary short-fall, they've had to cut back their school year by five weeks. Bush: Five weeks? Seriously? Aide: Yes, sir. Bush: Hell, I used to cut eight weeks of classes! Easily! Aide: Well, exactly. It's a lot of whining.
