How do we ever shake this idea that we're hiding something about Whitewater? David Gergen: Well, sir, there's not much we can do - except become incredibly circumspect about how we conduct business here... before every call, every meeting, you have to ask yourself, "What's the worst possible spin that could be put on this", then imagine the headline and decide if you can live with it.
