Dean of Minority Affairs: President King, I don't think you appreciate just how stressful it is for a student of color to come to a traditionally white University...when you abolish theme dorms and eating tables, you're removing valuable support systems. It's no surprise the kids think you're a racist! President King: Brooks, when this school first opened it's doors to blacks, if I had created separate dorms and cafeterias on grounds that blacks would be more "comfortable" in them, what would I have been called? Dean Brooks: Um...a racist. President King: I figure I'd rather go down swinging for integration.
