Mark: Mr. Perot, if I could follow up on the drug war issue, it's been reported you once suggested cordoning off minority neighborhoods to conduct house-to-house searches... Ross Perot: Well, not exactly... What I was trying to say is that ifyou're fixing to make a law enforcement omelette, you better be prepared to break eggs, especially the bad ones! The kind of campaign I would wage against drugs would be massive, relentless and toal! We would take no prisoners. Mark: Well, that should relieve the over-crowding. Ross Perot: Hey, it's just a colorful figure of speech!
