George Bush: Okay. Now to re-election business...Roger, could you read the latest dirt report? Roger: Yes, sir. On Clinton we've got... George Bush: Okay, any more cabinet business? Roger: Um...yes, Mr. President, some of us are starting to get asked about your re-election agenda. Have you had a chance to develop any themes? George Bush: You're talkin' about the V-word there, aren't you, Jack? Well, let me tell ya something. This time I do have a vision! I'm talkin' vision city and lemme tell ya about it...I see a country where we're free to go negative, I see a country where democrats can be divided over the race issue. I see a country where I'm overwhelmingly re-elected! Roger: Um..actually sir, I was referring to what you'd like to do in your second term, any agenda there? Bush: Yeah, to get Quayle elected president. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Roger: Yuk! Just like you to cut through the tension, sir. Bush: Hee, hee! No offense, Dano! Dan Quayle: What? I don't get it.
