Do you know that under Jesse Helms' new anit-art bill, I would have had to cut the scene about our sex lives to get the piece funded? Mike: No! J.J.: Come to think of it. I'll bet under the new rules I never would have gotten the grant for my urinal sculptures! Mike: Hold it. The taxpayers paid for your urinal sculptures? J.J.: It's a great country, Michael. Or was. Mike: But don't you think there should be a little checkoff box or something?
