With over 100 members of your team accused of everything from selling access to fraud to conspiracy, your administration appears to be in a state of moral collapse. And yet, sir, in seven years, not once have you come forward to say, "I will not tolerate greed. I will not tolerate veinality. I will not tolerate impropriety or malfeasance of any kind!"
