Rick: Sounds like you're implying you think Oliver North did break the law, Pat. Pat: No, I'm simply saying that, if he did, he's in very distinguished company. Rick: But Jefferson defied the law openly, as a publicly declared act. North's actions were entirely covert. Pat: Still, they were both fighting communists. Rick: King George was a communist? Pat: Worse. A liberal. With him, it was always tax, tax, tax!
