Voice from TV: Mrs. Reagan, when did you first acquire your handgun? Nancy Reagan: It was back when Ronnie was touring the country for G.E. Hollywood was just swarming with Communists in those days, and Ronnie felt I shouldn't be alone in the house without protection. But it's no big deal. It's just this tiny little thing with very pretty mother-of-pearl inlay and little daisies etched on the barrel. Voice: And what does it shoot? Nancy: Teeny-weeny, lady-like bullets.
