Calvin: Oh, I wish I'd done my math homework! Now the teacher's going to collect it and I'm as good as dead. Why did I do this to myself?! I even had an extra day to get it done! Instead, I goofed off and now I'm going to pay for it! Boy, I've learned my lesson! This day has been nothing but dread, and I could've avoided it all! Here she comes! Goodbye, world!
