Mom: Look at the people in that car!! Dad: What?? Mom: They're eating dinner as they drive! Dad: Disgusting!! Mom: The problem with this country is that too many people are facing forward when they eat! Cathy: What? Mom: Whole families are eating Sunday dinner in the car with their faces all pointed at the car in front of them! Cathy: People talk in the car, Mom. Mom: Conversation's a different issue...I'm talking about the witness problem. Cathy: The what? Mom: When people are facing foward, no one sees them eat. People need to have someone else see them eat! We all spend the first months of life having someone lovingly watch us eat..but then we grow up and think that because we can feed ourselves, we don't need a witness. But we do! When people eat with no witnesses, they subconsciously feel disconnected from their life source! When people feel disconnected from their life source, they get weird! When they get weird, all the trouble begins! Why do you think so many people eat in front of the TV? Deep down, they're hoping one of the people on TV will see them take a bite of food!! Cathy: ..Dad?? Dad: No more drive-through dinners for us. Cathy: Come on, Mom. I'll watch you eat dessert. Mom: Dessert's a different category. Dessert required privacy.
