Cathy: What man on earth is walking into a dressing room today comtemplating spending $250 on a four-foot piece of electric pink fabric? Saleswoman: None. Men do nothing. Men are like drab park benches, just sitting there waiting for spring to happen. Women are spring! Women are the flowers! (...of course, today's women are also the planters, weeders, nurturers, harvesters and marketers)...but we are still the flowers! It is women who renew the earth with color and style every spring! It's women who bring the world alive with electric pink beauty!! It's our role! Our gift to the universe! After an unthinkably icky winter, women bravely push through the muck and show the world the flowers are back!! Cathy: I'm not a reckless spender, I'm a perennial.
