Man: Any questions? Cathy: Yes. If computers are so friendly, why are they covered with mean words like "ram", "gigabyte" and "megahertz"?? Why are the brochures so icky and intimidating?? Why are the stores so boring and cold?? Why are the catalogs so ugly??! Why does every ad have 10,000 foreign words in minuscule type?? And why isn't there one pretty sign anywhere that says in plain english what I need??! Man: Those who can, do. Those who can't, art direct.
