Cathy: The bumblers spent $1 billion and didn't find the deadbeats?? Accountant: Or, we could throw your $1,932.00 in the pot and let it be a kind of cheater-deadbeat-slacker-bumbler free-for-all!! Cathy: Oh, who cares? What's the difference? Let someone else decide! Accountant: See? That's the problem with this country. No one takes responsibility.
