The Family Couch Age: 5 years older than the first time we said we have to get a new one. One article I read says that half the weight of this couch is dust mites and their furniture. Here be dragons once found a sock under there that never belong to anything. Human. Throw pillows- not great for sleeping on, or sitting on. Probably a gift. Color: The color that no one would buy, so we asked for $50 off, and got it! The Dad Pit- The Grand Canyon would be even bigger if dad sat there for a few years. Mom's Side- When mom walks in, you get up. Period. Cushions have been flipped over and tell both sides are the ugly sides. Assorted dog hair, sock fluff and spilled food that no one admits ever eating in here. Length: A couple inches too short for anyone to nap quiiiite comfortably. Big red ink stain, but it's from mom leaving a marker there, so it's ok. Wooden circle thingy, possibly decorative, possibly holding the upholstery to the frame. One is nailed and hot glued on, the other ones never budged. Hidden pinky-toe breaker (solidest part of the whole couch)
