Television Character: The office of Homeland Security admitted today it downgraded the terrorist threat level last week because the manipulation of the public through fear was working a little too well - Television Character: Said Secretary Tom Ridge, "We were hoping to bring the fear of an attack to the forefront of everyone's mind as we established the nonexistent link between Al-Qaida and Iraq, thereby swinging public opinion in support of the war." Television Character: "When you morons actually bought duct tape, we knew we had gone too far -" Huey: I don't think I hear the same news other people do.
