He also released a series of compilation albums, inspired by his successful club events on the Spanish island of Ibiza, that hit throughout Europe. 2007's "Pop Life" saw his music begin to make inroads in more territories, but his big breakthrough came with his grammy-nominated 2009 album. "One Love" thanks to collaborations with Kid Cudi and Kelly Rowland, and the hit single known in its sanitized version as "Sexy Chick" which featured Akon. He has sprinkled his brand of magic on remixes for an impressive list of artists, including Kylie Minogue, Shakira, Snoop Dogg and Madonna, and he produced the 2009 worldwide megahit "I Gotta Feeling" for the Black Eyed Peas. He has gone on to produce Kelis, Flo Rida, Jennifer Lopez, and will.i.am and collaborated on hits with Rihanna, Fergie, LFAO and Estelle.
