Haley Nichole Williams was born in Meridan, Mississippi on December 27, 1988. When she was 13, the family moved to Franklin, Tennessee where she began taking vocal lessons from Brett Manning, the vocal coach who has also trained such stars as Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and Keith Urban. When brothers Josh and Zac Farro recruited Hayley to join their band, she introduced them to bass player Jeremy Davis, whom she had met while performing with the local funk band. Guitarist Jason Bynum completed the lineup and soon Paramore was playing venues throughout the southeast. Industry figures were quickly to come on board, and Kings Of Leon manager Kent Markus was an early champion, Paramore, signed to Warner Brothers and Fueled by Ramen in the Spring of 2005. The debut album, "All We Know Is Falling" was released that summer, and over the next two years, the band toured extensively and began to gain momentum. Along the way, Jeremy Davis quit but soon rejoined, and Jason Bynum left, to be replaced by a succession of guitarists that eventually led to Taylor York. 2007's "Riot!" went platinum in the U.S. and was followed by 2009, by "Brand New Eyes" which hit No. 2 in the states and topped the charts in several other countries. Hayley has also dabbled in solo projects, including teaming up wiht rapper B.o.B on the hit single "Airplanes."
