Later, he taught history and German in Newport, R.I... Not bad for an Irish kid from Queens. Puck: Believe it or not, many cats have served in wars, on Navy ships and in the trenches, protecting food and supplies from vermin. A service cat named Pitouchi even saved a Belgian soldier in WWI. TRUE STORY! Puck: This is a good day to share the stories of folks who have given their time and courage to keep us safe. Happy Veterans Day!
